OHIO PERSONAL PRIVACY ACT INTRODUCED IN OHIO GENERAL ASSEMBLY

On July 13, 2021, H.B. 376, the Ohio Personal Privacy Act (“OPPA”), was introduced in the Ohio General Assembly.
