ELEVENTH CIRCUIT TO REHEAR HUNSTEIN CASE

Yesterday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit issued an order on its own authority to rehear Hunstein v. Preferred Collection and Management Services, Inc. before the entire court.
